Choose the search that matches your trip or move
Use Rent for an annual tenancy search. Use Stays when you need a home for specific dates and a guest count. Similar photos do not make these offers interchangeable.
For an annual listing, read the annual asking rent and ask about the tenancy terms. For a stay, select dates and guests before comparing the available quote.
Compare the complete cost, not only the headline
For a tenancy, confirm the rent period, payment schedule, deposit, furnishing, utilities and any documented charges with the owner or agent. Do not assume a quoted charge is included.
For a stay, review the dated total, any disclosed fees, cancellation terms and booking status. An advertised nightly rate alone does not tell you the total for your dates.
Check suitability and current availability
Check the exact home, bedrooms, bathrooms, accessibility details and facilities you need. A community guide describes the area; it does not guarantee those facilities for every unit.
Imported property listings may describe an earlier source snapshot. Contact the advertiser to confirm the current offer. A booking request is separate from a confirmed, paid stay.
Before hosting a Dubai holiday home
The portal’s hosting workflow starts from your property details, then asks for rates, guest capacity, stay rules and permit information. These facts remain yours to confirm.
Check current holiday-home requirements through Dubai’s competent tourism authority. Listing assistance does not replace permit review or verified checkout.
