Our guides start with a real property question. They are written to help you compare, check documents and prepare a useful next step.
We use primary references, including competent authorities and original developer documents. Relevant references appear beside the section they support. A source date and a guide’s update date do not confirm today’s availability of a unit.
Worked examples are labelled as examples. We do not invent prices, yields, commute times, personal experience or expert credentials. Project documents and contract terms for the actual unit need separate confirmation.
Automation helps with research, organization, wording and publication. Before publication, the editorial workflow checks references, duplicated topics, the calculation in an example and the article’s practical value. This is not a substitute for legal, lending or transaction advice.
We update the date when a guide’s public content changes meaningfully. Changing a keyword plan or rechecking an unchanged source does not make an old article look new. Corrections replace the affected guidance; withdrawn guides leave the public archive and feed.
