When you request a business proposal, we store your company, name, supplied email and phone, business needs, market and consent. Only platform administrators can review these details and record a proposal or follow-up. A guest email is not verified automatically. Your request does not create a payment, share your contact with agencies or subscribe you to marketing. To request correction or removal, contact the platform operator below and include your enquiry reference.
Saving a listing confirms your permission to sell or represent the offered property or item, and to use its content and photographs. Photos may be resized and optimised before upload; the full-size source remains on your device. Publication still requires the applicable ownership and advertising checks. The Properties stores your saved choices, listing drafts, uploaded files, requests and conversations in your account. Private actions require sign-in and server permission checks. Approved listings and their selected photographs appear in the public catalogue. Sharing a listing with an agency team grants only the workspace access you select.
When you deliberately save a reminder, we store the selected property, time, timezone, repeat schedule and email or mobile contact for a private reminder. Guest reminders use an HttpOnly browser cookie; signed-in reminders belong to your account. Email reminders require address confirmation and a connected email provider. SMS and WhatsApp delivery are not connected. Calendar exports become active only after you import them. Platform reminders expire after 90 days. You can cancel in My reminders or through the confirmation link in a notification. Administration can review interest signals; reminder consent does not share your contact with agents or subscribe you to marketing. A viewing or agent enquiry requires a separate, deliberate submission.
Submitting an enquiry authorises The Properties to store your supplied name, email, phone, message and preferred date, and share them with the responsible owner or agency to respond to that enquiry. We record this permission with the request; simply opening a page or filling fields does not submit an enquiry. A published owner listing may open a private conversation immediately. Other enquiries are held for review and assignment to the responsible publisher. A saved request is not proof of external delivery or a confirmed viewing. Dates, availability and any agreement must be confirmed with the owner or agency. Submission does not enrol you in marketing or authorise a payment. Contact the operator below with your request reference to withdraw permission for further sharing, correct your details or request deletion. Information already received by a publisher may be subject to their privacy policy.
When you use connected AI tools, the server sends your message, relevant catalogue facts, selected form answers or selected photographs to OpenAI for the requested analysis or draft. Photo-first listing and item tools can send uploaded photographs; descriptions of private contact fields are excluded from the listing copilot. The application sets store:false for OpenAI Responses calls; this is not a promise that the provider retains no data under its own policies. Drafts and reusable answers are saved privately. Guided search works without an AI provider call. Image edits preserve a private original and require review before publication. Google Cloud Vision identification is used only when its separate connection is configured; the portal does not claim a Google Lens connection.
Conversations are private by default. Guest conversations are accessible in the same browser for up to seven days. Sharing redacted requirements for market research is optional and can be withdrawn in Messages. Optional browsing event collection starts only when you enable it in your profile on that device; you can delete those events there. Conversation deletion is available in Messages. Other account, file and request data does not currently have an automatic deletion schedule; contact the operator for a request when the public contact is configured.
The application runs on Cloudflare Workers, uses D1 for records and R2 for private and approved media. Session cookies support sign-in; device preferences support language and optional research choices. API credentials stay encrypted on the server. Public property photographs are delivered through the site’s own media endpoints. Following external source or document links, or loading a map, may contact that provider.
Google Analytics loads only after you allow analytics on this device. It measures public page visits, catalogue searches without the typed query, saved choices, successful enquiries and reminders. It receives a sanitised public page address, content language, catalogue category, device and approximate country information. It uses cookies for measurement. We do not send your account identifier, email, phone, messages, uploaded files or private form answers to Google Analytics. Personalised advertising and Google Signals are disabled. With your separate optional advertising-measurement consent, Google Analytics and linked Google Ads also receive advertising click identifiers, a pseudonymous browser identifier, verified new-account events and the first confirmed payment for each platform subscription, including its product, amount, currency and an opaque transaction reference. With the updated advertising choice, we also measure the first public listing publication and requests actually delivered into the correct recipient’s portal inbox. These events contain no listing, request, account, organisation, address or message identifiers. Earlier advertising consent alone does not authorise these additional events. Refunds are recorded separately. Email, phone and payment-card details are never included. Browser attribution lasts up to 30 days; essential account and payment records remain governed by our service retention requirements. Private account, administration, draft, preview and edit pages are excluded. On the home-item selling entry page, optional analytics records only the start of a listing, a successful photo upload and submission for review, without the photo or form answers. With separate advertising-measurement consent, the first approved, publicly visible home item per eligible seller is recorded; submitting a draft is not a publication. Your choice is separate from internal market-research sharing and expires after 180 days. You can change it below; withdrawing permission stops further events and removes the site’s Analytics cookies. Google processes collected data under its own service and privacy terms.
Source-agent contacts, imported originals and permit references are restricted to authorized administration. Selected private source facts can be sent to AI when an authorized administrator requests that analysis. Public AI receives public facts and limited review status. Source collection, commercial republication and image editing require the corresponding recorded permissions. AI review does not certify ownership, a permit, source rights or current availability.
Sending a seller message shares your supplied contact details and message with that seller in a private conversation. Creating a room preview confirms that you have permission to use the selected photos and allows us to send the room and item images to OpenAI to produce that illustration. Room photos and generated previews are private and are not added to public adverts. Original item photos remain the reference for a purchase. Private preview outputs expire after seven days. Room simulations require an active paid Room studio or Home store subscription from the first preview. Allowances apply per UTC calendar month. Up to two attempts are allowed daily. An attempt consumes an allowance when sent to the provider, including an uncertain result; a failure before that call or an explicit provider rejection does not consume a monthly allowance. Previews are illustrations, with approximate colours, scale and placement. Confirm actual dimensions, condition and fit before buying. When you message a connected The Properties account, we receive the message and your channel identifier to reply. An automated assistant can recommend current platform services and provide a link to continue after signing in. We encrypt recipient identifiers and message text. Message text is removed within 30 days and inactive recipient details within 90 days; a minimal hashed suppression record preserves requests to stop. Reply STOP to stop automated replies or HUMAN for our support contact. Sending a message does not subscribe you to a marketing list or authorize payment. We link a channel recommendation to your portal account only when you explicitly continue there; confirmed checkout attribution uses a seven-day window. Meta and other channel providers process messages under their own terms. For access, correction or deletion requests, contact the operator below.
