Wadeem Gardens

Wadeem Gardens is a new residential district by Modon on Hudayriyat Island, built around the life you want to lead. A coastal community where world-class education, hospitality, retail, and sports are integrated seamlessly into everyday living. This is where modern island living aligns.

Wadeem Gardens is the heart of the district, where state-of-the-art villas sit along a 2.3 km central spine connecting a community of 35,000 residents. Linking to the places that shape how we live, work, move, and spend our time, this is a community designed around the moments that make life richer, bringing more of what matters closer together.
