Palm Jumeirah

Master developed by Nakheel, Palm Jumeirah is a symbol of Dubai’s vibrant growth and ambition. Stretching five kilometres into the Arabian Gulf, Palm Jumeirah takes on the shape of the date palm tree. It is one of the world’s largest man made islands, and a spectacular feat of engineering covering 560 hectares of land. It is home to approximately 25,000 people and features luxury residences and waterfront homes, retail destinations, leisure attractions and world class marinas.

The trunk houses residential apartments, hotels, restaurants, cafés, marinas, private beaches, retail malls and attractions. Halfway down the island's spine, roads lead off to residential gated communities. At the tip of the spine, a tunnel takes you to the crescent lined with luxury beachfront resorts and residences.
