The Bulgari Sky Villa looks out over extensive private rooftop gardens and a private pool with the Dubai skyline in the distance. Set over three levels, it contains seven bedrooms, private study, family room and double height formal living spaces, private gym, spa, and full-service kitchen. The Villa is accessed via a private elevator.

Immaculate Mediterranean gardens surround the residences and the infinity pool overlooking the sea. Every aspect of the Bulgari Lighthouse is managed and serviced by the adjacent Bulgari Resort and is designed to provide a highly private and personal experience. An attentive concierge is on hand to meet residents' every need.

We are pleased to share the latest progress as the project advances across façade, internal finishing and landscaping works. A key milestone was achieved this quarter with the completion of the tower's superstructure, marking an important step towards the next phases of construction. Façade balustrade and cladding installations have progressed up to Level 25, while wall partitions have reached Level 22. Internal finishing works continue to advance, with false ceiling closures completed up to Level 12 and marble and tiling works progressing up to Level 15. Joinery works, landscaping activities and service lift installation are also underway.
