In 2015, Ellington Properties launched its first iconic building, Belgravia, elegantly designed and situated in the heart of Jumeirah Village Circle in Dubai. Ellington Properties was among the first real estate developers to initiate a residential project in the area, leading the market with a new concept of creating homes that are design-led and contemporary, catering to the daily needs of residents with ample storage and spacious areas, and promoting community engagement. The project was delivered ahead of schedule in 2017.

Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) in Dubai is a rapidly expanding community launched in 2004, covering 860 hectares with a projected population of 300,000. JVC will feature 2,700 freehold villas and townhouses, landscaped parks, The Circle Mall, sports fields, schools, and mosques.
