Buyers and tenants can search and contact publishers for free. An eligible private owner can have one active property across sale and rent combined. An individual can have up to ten active personal home items. Required ownership, content and advertising checks still apply. Drafts do not consume an active listing slot. Closing an advertisement releases its slot.
The agency pilot is 499 AED for 30 days and up to 20 active properties, without automatic renewal. The 499 AED monthly agency subscription covers up to 20 active properties; the 1,499 AED monthly plan covers up to 100. The 199 AED monthly home-store subscription includes a store page, up to 100 active home items and up to 20 private room previews per calendar month. Sale and rent share the same property capacity. Existing listings are not automatically deleted when a service ends; renewal or additional publication may require a current plan.
An active paid Room studio or Home store subscription is required from the first room simulation; no free simulations are included. Room studio is 29 AED per month and allows up to ten previews per UTC calendar month. Home store allows up to twenty. Subscription access starts only after the server verifies payment. Allowances do not stack, carry over or increase when you delete a preview. All plans share a two-attempt daily limit and available processing capacity. An attempt that reaches the provider consumes an allowance even if its result is uncertain; it is never retried automatically. A failure before the provider is called or an explicit provider rejection does not consume a monthly allowance. Outputs are private and expire after seven days. A simulation does not verify dimensions, condition, physical fit or the item’s availability.
A home-item promotion costs 19 AED for seven days; a property promotion costs 99 AED for seven days. Only an approved, live listing is eligible. The promotion period starts after verified payment and activation. It may appear in designated sponsored search collections and relevant property, project, building or community pages. Compatibility uses recorded country, city, neighbourhood, sale or rental purpose, property type and item use. An office chair requires an office context; an outdoor item requires recorded outdoor space for residential contexts. Placement examples are a bounded sample of current catalogue matches, not reserved positions, traffic forecasts or sales predictions. Actual display also requires current approval, an available item, valid payment and an active promotion period. It is marked sponsored. Promotion does not purchase verification, override moderation or guarantee clicks. Its duration ends independently of publication.
Developer campaign proposals start at 2,500 AED for 30 days. A campaign is a request until a specific scope, placement, reporting and dates have been agreed. Saving a request is free and does not charge a card.
Only the configured payment provider collects the purchased platform-service price. Payment details are entered in Stripe’s secure payment form, embedded in the portal or on a provider-hosted page, and are not stored in this application. Eligible payment methods depend on the service, currency, customer location and device. Some methods require authorization on the provider’s or bank’s page before returning to the portal. A return to the site is not proof of payment. Activation requires provider verification. Test transactions never count as live revenue. Monthly plans renew only after explicit subscription selection. A one-off pilot or promotion cannot convert itself into a subscription. You can stop renewal from your billing account; the paid period remains available until its end unless the provider reports a refund, dispute or revoked payment.
PayPal prices are explicitly quoted in USD before approval because PayPal does not support AED. These are separate service prices, not automatic currency conversions of the AED card offers. A PayPal professional plan purchases 30 days without automatic renewal; promotions retain their agreed duration. If you approve PayPal checkout, complete the approved payment from your billing account. The server verifies the merchant, order, captured amount and currency before activating a service. The configured legal operator and billing contacts appear before payment. Guest funds and host payouts are not part of this checkout.
TheProperties does not automatically collect a percentage of a property sale, an item sale or a tenancy. The buyer and seller arrange those payments directly. Service refund requests are handled through the account’s billing support request; saving a request does not confirm a refund. Approved refunds are processed by the payment provider. Reversed payments suspend the linked paid service while reviewed and stop its future subscription renewal.
The operator’s legal name, billing contact, tax treatment and refund contact must be configured before live checkout is enabled. The provider displays the final amount before payment. Search access does not depend on purchasing a service.
